Privacy Policy
Me and My AI's (meandmyais.com) is an online course run by Dave H. We keep your information to the minimum we need to run the course, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, when you sign up for the short free sample, buy Stage 1, stay as a member, contact us or join the community.
- Payment and billing details — collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, not by us.
- Messages you send us or post in the community group.
- Basic, anonymous website usage information (such as pages visited) to help us improve the site.
Payments
All payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as our merchant of record. Your card details go straight to them; we never see or store them. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy covers how they handle your payment information.
How we use your information
- To send the short sample after email signup through Kit, give you access to Stage 1 lessons and manage your optional membership.
- To answer your questions and support you through the course.
- To send course updates, such as when a new lesson is released. You can opt out at any time.
Community and our AI helper
If you join our group channel (WhatsApp or similar), other members and our AI helper can see what you post there. Please don't share private or sensitive information in the group. The group platform's own privacy terms also apply.
Sharing
We only share information with services that help us run the course (such as Lemon Squeezy for payments and Kit for email signup and delivery), or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you're a subscriber and for a reasonable time afterwards for accounts and legal records. Ask us any time and we'll delete what we don't need to keep.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
